Your attention needs to be on high-performing emails because, in today’s world checking, drafting, and sending email are a part of our everyday life. Not to mention that emails will keep growing in their importance for both our personal life and our professional life.

“If you are not seeing the email channel as a money-making machine, you have the wrong strategy.”
“Email has an ability many channels don’t: creating valuable, personal touches – at scale.”
“If Sears would have followed its roots, they would have been bigger than Amazon is today.”
Email is always being stated as having the highest ROI, return on investment, and that for every $1 you invest you will receive about $40 to $44 back. Did you know that ruffly 75% of businesses say that email marketing gives them an excellent to good ROI and those that said good are working on improvements?
Of course just because you press send does not mean you will get an ROI.
Now as an Inbound marketing specialist, you know and understand that your contacts must get value from your emails, not just see the value.
Your emails not only need to benefit you but it needs to benefit your business also and this is not always an easy balance.
Your high-performing emails come into play here and you know that by sending the right email, you need to have the right content with context, to the segment of your list wanting that information, and what time to send.
With your mindset right and your strategy in place, you are able to draft and send your high-performing emails. Your high-performing emails are what will drive your contact’s engagement. You will do this by setting the correct goals, Optimizing each part of your emails, driving people to click the link.
High-performing emails are targeted on taking the main parts of an email and focuses on optimizing your emails to get your contacts to click the link.
You need to optimize your emails in this way to drive a high ROI for your business. Your emails are the driving force that will drive engagement, creating growth for you and your customers.
With the conversations, you are having with your contacts you need to be guiding them through all of the inbound methodologies converting them into a long-time customer.

Alright, let us take a look at my example for a minute and what I think would best for my business & myself.
As you can see in my picture, I actually started with my overall goal in mind. You should always set an overall goal for your emails because it is one of the most important parts of creating a high-performing email.
Next should be the To: and From: name section of your email. He is mine.
After the To and From section are your Subject line and text preview. This is what mine looks like.
Now comes your email copy with your call to action.
Now, all you need to do is add your Image if you are using an image and your footer, here’s what mine looks like.
All of these parts come together to make your high-performing emails. From setting your goal to carefully layering your designed component on top of each other.
You can take the fundamental parts of any email of yours and then optimize all the fundamental parts towards your goal, which will help your conversations on your call to action.
Your email may have looked different and that’s cool, your email does not have to be a carbon copy of mine. You just need to make sure to lay out the foundations of an engaging email thereby creating a high-performing email.
Start with the goal of your email in mind, then make sure each part of your email supports that goal.
Your contacts will see the value in your conversations thereby giving your business a higher return on investment all by using your high-performing emails.
